
Before you chow down on pizza, chips and soda under the pretense of watching Big Brother, here's a list of healthier versions of meals (and snacks).
- Fruit salad with honey and a little lemon juice
- Salty or sweet popcorn
- Crackers (as a lower calorie version of potato chips)
- Dry fruit
- Seed
- Carrots
- Peanut butter (combinations like: apple with peanut butter)
- Various bruschettas with wholemeal bread
- Cereal with milk
- Whole grain cookies
- A mix of cheeses and meats, so that the whole family can tease *a little*
- Banana yogurt or another type of fruit yogurt
- Yoghurt with honey
- Mix of some of the above options
