When you decide whether to go out or prepare cocktails at home, you should know that the evening can contain a lot of jokes, but also a lot of calories. Sometimes, even a headache the next day.
But, despite the general idea that exists, there are also cocktails that hold the hand and do not carry added sugar or caffeine (with you we have the espresso martini).
"The biggest source of sugar in cocktails comes from syrups, fruit juices with added sugar, or tonic water. "Which means if you're watching calories, you should probably avoid gin & tonics, mojitos and piña coladas," says Anna Brown, dietician and nutritionist.

Tequila with soda and lime

Paloma with grapefruit juice

Cocktail with soda and lemon juice

Moscow Mule with soda and ginger beer

Margarita
