Cristiano Ronaldo made waves around the world after his recent signing with Al-Nassr, to play in Saudi Arabia, for at least two seasons.
However, the main protagonist of his arrival in Arabia seems to be Georgina Rodriguez.
The laws in Saudi Arabia will force Rodriguez to make some changes. She was seen during the presentation wearing black and a brown velvet "tunic", very similar to what girls usually wear in these countries.
What is the dress code?
Saudi Arabia isn't exactly a woman-friendly country, not to mention that its strict religious laws could be a hindrance to the couple's relationship since the footballer and the model are not married.
According to some media reports, the authorities will ignore the violation in this case.
Rodriguez will have to change the way he dresses in public and from now on the clothes will have to comply with the Statute of Public Decoration.
She will have to wear no cleavage, no tight clothes, no short dresses and in short, nothing exposed.
In an Instagram post, she thanked the country for hosting.
"Thank you so much Saudi Arabia for such a wonderful welcome. We are extremely excited about this new adventure and would like to thank everyone who made it possible.
I am very grateful to see Cristiano towards a bright future. Always together with our beautiful family."
