The beauty of life lies in surprises and coincidences. Having said that, fate wanted Albina Kelmendi (and her family) to compete in the "Song Festival" in the same year that Elsa Lila, once Albina's mentor in "The Voice of Albania", also returned.
Albina was a contestant on "The Voice 4" and chose Elsa Lila as her coach. Albina was Elsa's chosen one until the last few nights, and she even went to the final where she was ranked second.
Today, they triumphed at the "Song Festival" grabbing the two main prizes. Elsa Lila was declared the winner of the first prize, given by the professional jury. She participated with the song "Evita", dedicated to her daughter.
Albina was ranked second by the professional jury, followed by 2 Farm with the song "Atomike". Her song, "Duje", which she sang with her family (parents, two sisters and brother) was the most voted by the public via SMS. Albina will represent Albania at Eurosong 2023.
