The IMF suspends Russia from its role
The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has decided to suspend the honorary role given to the longest-serving member of the lender, as he is Russian.
The executive director for Russia, Alexei Mozhin, has held the role of honorary dean since 2015, to be recently suspended from the situation created in Ukraine by the Russian occupation.
This decision comes after pressure from other joint stock countries, including Great Britain, Canada, USA, etc.
Strong earthquake in Japan: 2 people lose their lives
