Can you believe it's only been two months since Julia Fox and Kanye West were linked. Yes, we know...it seems like an eternity. However, back to the topic of discussion.
In a recent TikTok post, Julia addressed a commenter who asked her why she linked up with someone like Kanye West, referring to his statements about Jews. In her explanation, Fox reminded everyone that she and Kanye were together before he made the long-discussed comments.
"Okay, I was just going to write about it in my book and you were going to buy it all, but I'm just going to show it to you for free. First of all, he was normal when he was with me and not only that, but the Kardashians, when I had a fashion line 10 years ago, they would buy my clothes and sell them in their stores, so I've always had a crush on Kim, especially Kourtney, or rather Khloe, Kim and Kourtney.
Then she stops at Kanye:
"I remember him just sending me messages, I didn't respond. I felt like I didn't want to talk to this celebrity again. You know what I mean? Nothing ever happens. They are kind of boring. They are not what you think they will be. But he kept writing and writing.”
And then?
“But then I thought, 'Oh, God, maybe I can get him away from Kim. Maybe I can distract him, just make him like me, and I knew if anyone could do it, it was me, because when I set my mind to something, I do it.”
Julia went on to add that when they were together, Kanye “wasn't on Twitter. There was no social network. He didn't talk about his relationship."
“We really just talked about clothes and weird ideas and plans for the future and our hopes and dreams for childhood and education. It was really something beautiful,” she said.
She ended by pointing out that she ended the relationship when she saw it wasn't working. "However, I respect him a lot as an artist. I don't want to make fun of that. I don't want to devalue his career by some really bad moments. But I support the Jewish community.”
