Motivation is responsible for why or not we do something, how long it takes us to do it or how hard we try to get somewhere.
Sometimes, we don't want to do anything, so we suffer from the lack of motivation that can come for reasons from more different and that's normal since motivation is not something constant, but we don't get it back to ourselves when we need it more?
1. Make a plan
Motivation includes a range of processes such as planning, setting a specific target, purpose, task, taking action, etc. If you're not sure about the things you need to do, what's the first step or what kind of actions you should take initially, a solid plan would help you achieve what you're trying to achieve.
2. Play with your psychology
You can use a kind of strategy that in most cases works. Tell yourself that if X thing happens, then you'll do Y, it helps you stay more motivated about a situation. For example, you can decide that since you're not motivated at all for an X task, you'll do another task.
3. Clearly define tasks
The clearer you have the purpose to fulfill, the easier it will be for you to get there. Make a list of things and divide them into mini-deytras that need to be fulfilled day after day. Keep notes and check everything you achieve. It's going to be back in the interesting game.
