1. After brushing your teeth, rinse your mouth
We know that old habits are hard to break, but by rinsing your mouth after brushing, you make the process less effective. If you absolutely feel the need to rinse your mouth after using toothpaste, use a mouthwash.
2. I'm not washing my tongue
If you have noticed an unpleasant odor that remains even after brushing your teeth, start brushing your tongue. The tongue is an ideal place for the growth of bacteria and if you avoid washing it as a process, you will consequently have an unpleasant odor and yellower teeth.
3. I floss more than I should
It is not necessary to use them more than once a day since the bacteria need 4 to 12 hours to develop. If you use them properly, you're fine.
4. You have used your old toothbrush more than you should
The brush should be replaced as soon as its fibers begin to change shape. An old toothbrush is a source of bacteria that destroy and damage your teeth. By using an old brush you expose yourself to more and more bacteria.
5. Brush your teeth directly after bread
Do not do it! This habit keeps harmful bacteria at bay, which is why dentists recommend waiting 30 to 60 minutes to see white teeth after brushing.
6. You don't change your toothpaste
Believe it or not, it is important to change the type of paste you use often. At least every 2-3 months. Dentists even say that it is good that the breakfast pastry is not the same as the one you use in the evening.
