
Self-care has been defined in various ways. But according to the National Institute of Mental Health, it's about taking time to do things that improve our physical and mental health. These may be the smallest actions, but they can have a significant impact on managing stress, reducing the risk of disease and increasing energy. These celebrities have shared their often unique ways of taking care of themselves.
1. Lizzo
Lizzo shared a post where she wrote: "I started talking to my stomach this year. I give him kisses and shower him with praise. I hated it so much. But it's ME. My belly is part of me. I am learning to radically love every part of myself. Even if it means I have to talk to myself every morning.

Ashley says she "leaves her phone in the bathroom when she goes to bed" so she doesn't see it before bed.
