Each stage of life requires different nutritional values, from calcium and iron in childhood to protein and Omega3 in the golden years. But are there some specific foods that should be consumed in the morning based on the age we are living? According to experts, yes!
2-6 years old
Toddlers are known for being fussy eaters and wanting to eat only one specific food. According to pediatricians, this age needs more fiber and fruit. The ideal breakfast would be an egg divided into several small portions, followed by some avocado and fruit. Eggs contain vitamin D and iron, which are important for bone and muscle development.

Important for this stage is calcium and vitamin D, but during this period, children most likely refuse to receive adequate nutritional values. Combine fruit for carbs, seeds, yogurt and milk. Of course, not forgetting to include vegetables in their dishes.
Adolescents (13-17 years old)
Since at this stage they need a lot of energy as they are in the process of growth, their meals should be rich. Eggs, bacon and any other food that contains fiber or iron, especially for girls who start their menstrual cycle around this age. Fruits must also be indivisible.
Young Adults (18-30)
A typical adult's breakfast might be a plate of whole grains, avocado, yogurt, fresh fruit, and seeds, lots of seeds. If you don't have enough time for these, a banana smoothie would be ideal for your vitamin D and calcium needs.
Middle age (40-60)
A vegetable omelette would be a safe option. Or a bowl of cereal and yogurt.

Protein-rich foods to maintain the health of muscles that tend to weaken over time. Dried fruits, seeds and cereals are also recommended if you want a healthy breakfast.
