5 things you should do during the day if you suffer from anxiety and stress

1. Tell yourself good morning

Most mornings, our brains are off and our bodies rush to run as soon as we get out of bed. This disconnect that has returned to the habit of our body and mind causes anxiety and gives us feelings of discomfort even during the continuation of the day. What would calm us down is the return to ourselves. Before you get up to continue with your routine, go back to your body and breathe deeply. Take two slow breaths and feel how the body is starting to move. You can turn to reality when you feel that the brain and body are united and in a line.

2. Do "mind reading" control

It is thoughts that bring us stress and anxiety, as man tends to imagine the worst scenarios in his head. We assume that your boyfriend is simply calm, but the first thought that suits you is, "He is angry with me, what can he have?" We tend to believe that everyone thinks bad about us, who are weird or not smart enough. In fact, most of the time other people think much better than we fear, but of course that happens if someone is initially thinking about us. Check your thoughts and start thinking about others about yourself.

3. Lunch time spent outside

Take a short walk with a colleague, get out and get fresh air, or consume the day's meal outside. Do anything to spend some time in the fresh air. Maybe leave your phone in the office or house and enjoy the air. You'll see how your perspective will change and how little stressed you'll feel compared to before. A lunch spent outside will make you not feel the stress of work at all.

4. Feel the water

Many of us touch the water several times during the day, but they rarely feel it. Paying attention to the sensation that water touch gives you will turn that moment into a very relaxing and special moment. Do this when you shower, wash your hands, or your child.

5. Celebrate often for your victories

Our minds collect more losses and disappointments than joys and victories in life. As a result, your days are humorless and boring. Before you sleep every night, write at least 3 things that went well over the course of a day, however funny they may seem to you the next day. Resurrect memories and pay attention to details as this strengthens your ability to always be an eficient.
