This shows that you have reached your limits and that very soon, you will fight with everyone, as your mind cannot handle any more pressure.

2. You no longer have motivation and inspiration.

When you reach this moment, you should definitely break away from your work routine, as it is negatively affecting your desires, passions and everyday life.

3. You find it increasingly difficult to concentrate.

The sooner you take vacations, the more productive you will be.

4. You have no energy and desire to complete tasks.

This is another sign that you need to schedule your vacation right away. Trust us, when you come back you will be in the best shape.

5. Even the smallest noises irritate you

Are you annoyed by the sound of the keyboard, or of your colleague chewing? You've heard enough of these noises for this year, so your brain is screaming: "Dude, take a vacation!".

6. You don't have the nerve to discuss with colleagues or undertake projects

If you have reached this point, a vacation is the only solution.
