Alternate these days camping with water sports and swimming. If you can, choose a pedal boat, as they affect calorie burning. At the end of the tedious and fun day, you'll have won that delicious meal you had prepared.
When you book for a holiday, choose a house better
Choose to take a rented room, which has a cooking environment. Once again, you can take the food you want, control it and prepare it in such a way as to healthyly affect your weight.
Holidays are no excuse to overdo it with drinking
Many of us justify alcohol abuse as an inevitable reason for the summer holidays. Fill the day with sports, swimming, dancing and why not run or yoga by the sea, which make you burn a lot of calories. Alcohol just adds them to them.
Other drinks, choose smartly, too.
Don't justify drinking soda every day, just because you're on vacation. It's normal to enjoy it or a Hugo on one of those days, but drinks like this with a lot of sugar make you immediately add weight. Where is there better and safer than water?
Exercise even during holidays
Don't give up your usual activity if you practice fitness. Run in the morning on the coast and then swim, as at such a rate of physical activity, it is certain that you will carry the weight you have or even lose. If you like yoga, then why not practice it even on vacation days?!
Park the car and stop moving it.
Using the car on vacation days is a useless misuse. Choose a hotel or rental room, which is neither near nor far from the beach. Walk as hard as possible or rent a bike. It's a pretty good way not only to explore the place, but also to keep you in shape.
