Chris Brown has put an end to a viral debate over whether he is better than Michael Jackson. Brown has long been compared to Jackson, following a felt performance dedicated to the music icon, at the 2010 BET Awards.
Moreover, rapper 50 Cent claimed in 2019 that Brown was ‘better than’ Jackson and proclaimed him the new king of pop in a deleted Instagram post.
However, Chris Brown himself does not think so at all. He called the internet comparisons 'Cap', slang for a lie or exaggeration, during an interview on the American radio show Big Boy's Neighborhood on Monday night, June 20th.
Chris Brown responds to people comparing him to Michael Jackson:

"My personal perception of him is that I would neither breathe nor be able to sing a song."
The 33-year-old, added that Jackson is "light years ahead" in talent compared to him and admitted that there are "shrines" for the king of pop around his house.
"No, there is no way I can be better than him."
