It has all happened to us all to see a bloating after food abuse and it seems to us that, suddenly, moving is difficult. The next time this happens to you, try to consume the following foods:
Avocado
These pear-shaped fruits (yes, they are fruits) are packed with potassium. Your body needs potassium to manage sodium levels, which in turn controls the amount of water in the body. The better that system works, the less bounce you will have.
bananas
Bananas give a "handful" of potassium. One study showed that women who ate a banana before each meal swelled less than those who did not. Experts think that they help calm the production of gas in the abdomen.
Celery
Squeeze some celery to set the digestive system in motion. Celery also provides flavonoids (small plant molecules) that reduce inflammation in the body.
Turmeric (turmeric)
Some studies show that turmeric helps relieve bloating and regulates digestion.
Mind
Mint capsules can help relax the muscles in your digestive system. This eases the bloating of the stomach. Mint tea can have the same calming effect.
Ginger
Ginger helps digestion and helps the stomach empty more quickly, which prevents bloating.
Asparagus
Asparagus is a good source of inulin, an indigestible fiber that feeds the good bacteria in the gut and helps you not feel bloated.
dill
This root vegetable and its seeds have a composition that relaxes spasms in your gastrointestinal tract. With fewer spasms, gas can pass more easily through the gut, so no bloating is created.
TOMATO
A diet that includes tomatoes will charge you with lycopene, an antioxidant that acts as an anti-inflammatory throughout your body. Tomatoes are also full of potassium, which lowers the sodium levels that cause bloating.
Kefir
Some studies say that drinking kefir, a fermented beverage like yogurt, removes stomach gases by up to 70%. Kefir helps break down sugar in milk which can lead to bloating and pain.
