More than anything else, every March 14 we see blockades. Tomorrow the diet is forgotten and a rule (unwritten) says that you should not count how much you will consume throughout the day. First you need to know that finja is a unique ingredient of ballocuma. It is prepared from fire ash and serves to give dessert writing. Meanwhile, as far as the container is concerned, it should be made of copper, but you can also use a large glass bowl.
Ingredients:
1 kg sugar (not ground)
1 kg of corn flour
500 gr of fresh butter (goat would be preferred)
8 eggs
Half a cup of coffee with fine water (prepared by pouring two to three tablespoons of fire ash into a glass of water, which is left for about 30 minutes and then carefully drained) or milk in its absence.
In the copper pot pour the sugar and melted butter and mix the mass for a few minutes. Then add 1 egg and continue mixing. Do the same for the other eggs. Without stopping the mixing, add the finja water. Once we are sure that there are no grains, we start making the shapes by hand.
Then, we place them in the pan coated with butter and sprinkle them with corn flour. The oven should be unheated and the temperature somewhere around 180-200 degrees.
Note: Place the balloons at a distance from each other, because their mass increases during baking!
