How to 'brain' your brain every day

The brain is involved in every moment of our lives and we need to take care of it just as we take care of other parts of the body. Studies show that we should at all costs do exercises for concentration and memory thus helping the development of the brain and its activated maintenance, regardless of age, especially after Covid-19 which according to experts may have left some consequences for which it will show some practical ways to improve.

It may seem strange, but these games in the form of games are super effective:

- Puzzle → during the game several skills are required at the same time and thus create challenges for the brain by helping to reinforce.

- Try playing a card game (not tarot) on improves memory and thinking ability.

- Learn different jumps → increases the speed of information processing and memory.

- Uses all the senses in different moments and places → this reinforces sensitivity and focus on detail.

- Learn a new skill, teach someone a new skill → because it helps the brain take on new learning or explanation responsibilities, increases concentration and strengthens memory.

- Listen or play music → Many of us find it impossible to spend a day without listening to music and this is explained by the brain's demand for calm, to gain strength and increase creativity and thinking.

- Try new ways / ways → if you do not experiment with different ways to achieve the goals, the brain will fall into "monotony" and there is no motivation to think, solve problems or face challenges, so it is advisable to at least during the day change the return route for home or transportation.

- Meditate → relaxes the body and mind, regulates breathing, reduces and prevents stress.

- Focus, structure and organize → the information that passes to the brain is more understandable and simpler to remember if we have structured it in advance.

- Get enough sleep → last in line, but very important, when the brain has considerable fatigue during the day and does not even get the necessary rest when even enough, it is impossible to be effective as much as we can try with methods of different.

After reading and learning, experts suggest taking a nap so the brain will quietly absorb all the information received.
