For some people, flights are not a problem at all, but we can not say the same for the rest. There are people who experience anxiety whenever they have to travel by plane. 1. Focus on breathing exercise

3. Focus on the things around you

4. Ask a doctor about possible medications
Panic attacks are unpredictable, but if these episodes occur often it is best to consult a doctor. Many people find it impossible to avoid flights, so they need to find a way to solve this. With a doctor's prescription you can take medication for anxiety or just hold it in your hands for any unexpected occasion.
5. Catch on to something that relaxes you
Before traveling, think about the things that would make you feel good if you suddenly had a panic attack. Remember the hobby, a movie, or your favorite book. Then start thinking about the fun and beautiful things that will happen as soon as you get off that plane.
