You must have seen how important toilet paper was to mankind, especially in the difficult beginnings of quarantine. Unlike people in Asian countries who hardly use it at all in their toilets, for the rest of the world, it is considered important without knowing that by using it we are not doing so much for our health.
As a start you should know that using this paper is not the healthiest solution to stay clean, for all of the following reasons:
1. May irritate your private parts.
The chemicals used to make toilet paper "stronger" and softer cause irritation to your intimate areas and can irritate your eyes, skin or throat if you are very sensitive.
2. It can cause allergies
Toilet paper that smells good may be your fixation, but you should know that they cause various allergies. Artificial scents destroy pH in intimate areas and also urinary tract infections.
3. At the end of the day, it does not perform its function properly
Contrary to popular belief, do not think that you are 100% clean just because you used toilet paper. There are more chances for germs to spread to hands, nails, face, etc., so plenty of water remains the best option!
