We're in the last days of the year. It feels like nothing works for you, even seems to be taking your life to harm. First take a deep breath and relax. You're not the only ones who feel that way. Without entering the professional or academic aspect, which are endless themes separately, there is a way to bring life to earth.
First, we will divide it into 7 categories: emotional, intellectual, spiritual, mental, physical, artistic and financial. After that, think about what you'd like to achieve in each aspect and try to be specific. What's the man you'd like to be with?
For example, in emotional terms you can aim yourself to meet with friends twice a week and deal with a hobby that is unrelated to your work. For the intellectual aspect, you may aim to read 70 books a year and promote two new skills.
For your mental health, you can start meditating twice a day for 20 minutes and meet a therapist once a month. Physically, you can exercise three to four times a week and enjoy yourself with one massage a month. Spiritually, you can decide to go once a week (or more often) to church/mosque. If you're an atheist, you can hear philosophy podcasts or books like that. In artistic terms, choose your medium and set a goal like, write four poems a month. And finally, be financially smart and save 10% of your income and deposit another 10%.
Once you've laid down these instructions for your future self, check how far away you are. As many of the things you're going to do, and what you can change to get them involved in your life.
