In a perfect world, we would wake up in the morning, run, ride a bike, or go to the gym to train, but in reality it is: sometimes we are very tired.
It does not matter if you are a morning person or not - you wake up early and have an activity-filled breakfast - you are not always in the mood or have enough energy to exercise.
Since there are many benefits to starting the day with exercise, you can perform some exercises which are suggested for drowsy and / or low energy days.
