A girl from Portland was not sure how to tell her parents about the work she was doing, so she decided to show it through a PowerPoint presentation.
Known simply as "Lex" on TikTok, she revealed a "secret" to her parents and began by insisting that what she does "does not affect anyone". The reason she decided to show it is that she "wanted the people she loved most to know more about her".
Her sister was also present and recorded the presentation for publication on TikTok. Lex continued:
"What is the secret: I am talented, powerful, delightful. What is not: That I am seven, or I am in danger."
She then switches to the next slide and proudly reveals that she is a stripper and night ballerina. Explaining that she loves what she does, Lex says she is able to "express herself as a dancer and have complete anonymity at the club where she works".
She also insisted that "there are no dubious business practices" and finally explains why she has been in such good economic condition lately. However, Lex assured her parents that she had not done any other kind of sex work.
At the end of PowerPoint, Lex asks her mom and dad if they have any questions; both say no, but mom thanks her for sharing her life with them. Dad applauds her when she says "it's one of the funniest things she's ever done."
