Vitamin D
Or otherwise known as the Sun vitamin, vitamin D stimulates the hair root and activates cells in the body of three, which translates into faster growth. This vitamin obtained from Sunlight, salmon, wheat and mushrooms also helps in balancing minerals in the body. But as with the skin, you need to be careful in the schedules of exposing your hair to the sun while avoiding lunch hours.
Vitamin A
This vitamin is ideal for hydrating the scalp and preventing dandruff and hair loss. It is a derivative of two sources: retinoids, found in beans, liver and eggs - and carotenoids, found in spinach, carrots and mangoes. Vitamin A is an excellent antioxidant.
C vitamin
Everyone knows something about the benefits of vitamin C in the immune system, but not everyone knows that this vitamin works wonders for hair growth. It helps in the formation of collagen and stimulates the activity of the hair root. Vitamin C is generally found in citrus fruits, spinach, broccoli and peppers.
Vitamina H
Or otherwise known as biotin, this vitamin belongs to the B-complex group and many studies link its deficiency to hair loss. This vitamin is considered extremely important for strengthening hair and nails. Biotin is found in eggs, avocados, vegetables and dried fruits.
Vitamin E
This vitamin stimulates the expansion of capillaries by providing a good blood supply, which is needed to have a healthy scalp. And healthy scalp is the basis of healthy hair. Vitamin E is found in hazelnuts, kiwi, spinach, sunflower seeds and papaya.
