There is nothing more interesting than learning a little from the training routine of people who are passionate about fitness, especially when this routine focuses all on the gluteal muscles of the buttocks.
Kelly Gale, the Swedish model, part of Victoria's Secret, has shared her fitness routine several times and this time, has shown all the exercises you can do with your buttocks in 5 minutes. She describes this as "ideal workout for beginners", but to make it a little more difficult, you can also add weights. Just do each exercise for 30 seconds:
- Squat
- Lunge, right foot
- Lunge, left foot
- Pulsating squat
- Glute bridge
- Glute bridge pulses
- Glute bridge with one foot (left foot in the air)
- Glute bridge with one foot (right foot in the air)
- Glute bridge with "leg lift" and "leg drop"
Someone who did all the exercises said he "ended up watching the muscles shake to the end". If you are not completely beginner, you can do a second round, repeating the workout from the beginning.
