Jennifer Aniston always looks good and maybe, among other things, something can be related to her morning routine.
In an interview for E! Entertainment, she talked about healthy breakfast habits. They are simple things, but they seem to have served her well for years.
1 - Meditates and keeps notes
"I meditate, no doubt," she said. "I also keep notes and if I do not write them, something bad happens. Studies say that to start the day this way, you are more likely to have a good time. Therefore, forget about phones and social networks as soon as you open your eyes.
2 – Kafe
"This is a kind of ritual: coffee, meditation, meditation, coffee, depending on the ranking," she said.
3 - Walking with dogs
As the "mother" of three dogs (Clyde, Sophie and Lord Chesterfield), one of her morning tasks is to walk them every day.
4 - Your phone
Jennifer spends the first two hours of the morning without staying on the phone. Easier said than done, but she swears by the effects of this habit.
"No phones, no emails, no messages and no social network. Do not touch the phone for an hour, an hour and a half. "I recommend you do it in a week and you will notice the difference," she said.
