If there is one exercise that affects several muscles simultaneously it is plank. Easier said than done.
Shona Vertue, a fitness trainer and yoga teacher with thousands of followers and well known in the UK, writes in an article for the Guardian that the exercise known as plank affects all the muscles in the lower back and is very important for anyone who works sitting down.

Shona points out that plank affects all the abdominal muscles, but also works with the legs, buttocks and shoulders. The key is to keep your hips in the same direction as the rest of your body - not too low or too high.
