Lisa Kitahara from Okonomi Kitchen has created a simple and delicious banana recipe! You only need 3 ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 1/4 lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
Optional: cinnamon, yogurt, nuts, etc.
Steps to follow:
Cut the bananas from top to bottom and remove the peel. Sprinkle with a little lemon juice and coconut sugar and let bake until they turn brown. When finished, they should look caramelized and brown to bronze.
You can fill them with cinnamon and Greek yogurt for more flavor, or ice cream in case you want to overdo it with a little more calories.
