Whether you are choosing an outfit for a short flight or for a long distance, it is important to feel comfortable and at the same time stay "away from trouble". Below are some tips to make your travels as comfortable as possible. Have a nice flight!
1. Perfumes
As you fly, you will be in a small but crowded area. Avoid heavy perfumes for the sake of your fellow travelers.
2. Tight clothes
Avoid tight clothing, especially if your flight is longer than 4 hours. People on a long-distance flight are at risk for DVT (deep vein thrombosis). DVT is a blood clot that forms in a deep vein, usually in the leg. To prevent it and feel more comfortable, wear something more comfortable.
Excessive and / or complicated objects / accessories
The toilets on the planes are small. If you are wearing a jumpsuit, you will find it difficult to try to remove it. Instead, wear something that is unlikely to cause trouble in this small space. Clothes with too many buttons and chains will not make your flight experience the most comfortable possible.
4. Clothes or jewelry containing metal
7. High heels
Airport security will require you to remove your shoes. Not only can the heel part potentially be used to store prohibited items, but often the heeled shoes have a metal base, which will sound the alarm. No one likes to stand barefoot on the airport floor. Furthermore, your feet may swell during the flight, so tight shoes should be avoided. Once again: Wear something comfortable.
8. T-shirt with offensive text
There are people who have been banned from continuing the flight because of the way they dress. The reasons can be multiple: Too many necklines, offensive writing blouse, bare feet, etc. Although some of these decisions are controversial, try to stay reasonable when choosing your outfit.
