Singer Ellie Goulding has given birth to her first child.
The mother and baby are "both in good health," her husband Caspar Jopling wrote on Instagram. He did not mention the baby's gender or name.
Jopling said he is very grateful and asked for privacy. "During this magical and personal moment we would appreciate it a lot if we are able to enjoy our privacy. Thank you, "he wrote.
The singer of "Love me like you do" revealed the pregnancy at the end of February.
"In August Caspar and I made a short trip to celebrate the first anniversary and there we discovered it. It was crazy because we had no plans at all. The idea of ??a pregnancy did not seem very close to real at the time, but this feeling "It made me feel even more humane. I want a better world. I have shapes I have never had and I enjoy them. My husband enjoys them too."
The 34-year-old indicated that at first she did not even admit that she could be pregnant, but the changes of the first trimester "forced" her to adjust.
Ellie and her partner crowned their love in marriage in August 2019.
