A personal trainer says there is a general misunderstanding by people when it comes to squats.
"Squats are great for the overall strength of the lower body, but if the goal is to work the glutes, then they are not the most ideal solution."
Glute / glutes - short for "gluteus", the largest muscle of the buttocks.
Although experts have some views on this, and of course, we can not say that squats should disappear from the exercise routine for the buttocks, because however they help, there are even more effective exercises you can do. Here are 3 of them:
1. Glute bridge
2. Hip thrust
3. Kettlebell deadlift
