As announced, the vaccination of effective State Police has begun today (March 3rd). The vaccination process is being carried out in the facilities of the Air Albania stadium and according to Minister Ogerta Monasterliu, 600 police officers are expected to be vaccinated today.
Meanwhile, Monasteries has called on all citizens over the age of 70 who have not yet received notice from the family doctor to appear near identity card vaccination centres.
"Citizens who have not yet received a notification from the family doctor only with id cards can appear near the vaccination centres. The E-Albania portal also enables the application for all persons who have not been vaccinated.
All citizens over the age of 70 who have not been notified by the family doctor at all vaccination centres are sufficient to present themselves with id cards to be vaccinated and will be registered by the doctor at the vaccination centre."
Which age group will be vaccinated after effective and elderly over 70?
According to the Minister of Health, vaccination for the over-60s will begin in the following days.
"In the meantime, we are preparing to lower the bandage by the age of 60 and will follow the national vaccination plan and follow up with the riscus groups".
