The campaign for the 2021 parliamentary elections, which will be held on April 25, officially started yesterday (April 25). Based on this, we conducted a survey on Anabel Media Instagram to create a slightly clearer idea of ??how ~ can ~ be the election results.
Before we move on to the voting, we want to emphasize that this poll does not meet all the criteria to be considered a genuine poll, however it definitely serves to understand the pre-election situation. It is worth noting that according to Instagram statistics, only 1.8% of Anabel followers are under the legal age to vote, while the rest are over 18 years old (the vast majority, 48.5% are in the 25-34 age group, followed by 18-24 aged, which make up 31.2% and 35-44 years, 12%; age groups 45-54, 55-64 and 64+ have lower percentages). In addition, the north-south geographical distribution helps our survey. Most followers are located in Tirana, followed by Durrës, Elbasan, Shkodra and Vlora.
The following results:
To the question "Who are you thinking of voting for" between the Socialist Party and the Opposition, most of them answered "I do not even want to vote for any of them". It is noticed that a good part wants to vote for the Opposition because it simply wants rotation, not because it believes in its program. Likewise, with almost similar figures, some say they will vote for the SP because they do not believe in the Opposition.
It is worth noting that the result, for the same question, changes in favor of the SP when followers see the photos of the most representative candidates of the two main political opponents.
The same approach as above is observed in these two questions:
Of course, there are those who do not want to vote because "they have lost all hope" or "they do not like anyone".
Regarding the positive aspects of the SP and PD parties, the followers appreciate the Socialist Party more for the changes in the cities, followed by the facilitation of processes as in the case of e-albania and the management of the pandemic / earthquake. On the other hand, the Democratic Party praises the abolition of visas with the EU and business premises.
Having said all this, referring to the positive / negative aspects of the government and the opposition, it seems that there will be a fierce clash where the Socialist Party will not find it easy to secure a third term, but even the Opposition Coalition will face difficulties in overthrowing the current government, with only 12 more votes in its favor.
