In addition to the panettone, baklava, turkey and other foods that await us next, December should not miss the famous Christmas cookies. They are delicious, beautiful for Instagram and above all they prepare quickly. Morning coffee / milk will taste different, so mind the recipe.
Ingredients
150 gr butter at room temperature, not salty
170 gr sugar
210 gr flour
35 gr bitter cocoa
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1 sachet
2 tablespoons milk
For decoration: white chocolate

Preparation:

In a bowl beat the butter for 30 seconds. Add the sugar and baking powder and beat until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

We add the egg, the milk gave the vanilla.

Add the cocoa and flour and mix with a wooden spoon.
4.
We throw the mass on the work table and shape it.
5.
Collect the dough with a plasma membrane and leave it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 190o C. Sprinkle some flour on the work table and roll out the dough into a 6 mm thick noodle.

Cut the dough into biscuit shapes, as desired.

Place the baking paper in the pan and place the biscuits. Bake for 7-9 minutes or until light brown. Let them cool and meanwhile prepare the chocolate. In a glass jar we throw the white chocolate and melt it in the mari bath.
9.
With the meat hammer, break the sticks into small particles. With a pastry bag or spoon sprinkle the biscuits with the white chocolate and toss the pieces of candy. Leave them until the chocolate hardens and place them in the biscuit box.
