Regarding the murder of Klodjan Rasha, which was followed today by a violent protest, in a communication with Top Talk on Top Channel, the Deputy General Director of the State Police, Albert Dervishaj, said that “police institutions are set in motion to clear up the case, such as the Judicial District Prosecutor's Office and the Internal Complaints Service ”.
"Yesterday's event is a significant case that every individual, every employee must follow the law and only the law. We are determined that there will be no doubts that will go against the law. "The State Police will not allow its image, built with effort, sacrifice and blood, to be violated by sporadic isolated actions of certain individuals in violation of the law or its standard procedures", he said.

"We have started the analysis in each local police directorate in which we will identify all the problems, where defects of our work are found, whether of selection or control, to guarantee a specific program plan of this situation. Sot të gjithë kanë nevojë për qartësimin e plotë dhe shterues të rrethanave që sollën këtë ngjarje tragjike dhe autoritetet përgjegjëse ligjore duhet të përmbyllin sa më shpejt detyrën e tyre në shërbim të së vërtetës dhe të drejtësisë.”
Në një deklaratë zyrtare, Policia e Shtetit u shpreh:
“Në emër të punonjësve të Policisë së Shtetit, të prekur nga ngjarja e rëndë që ndodhi një ditë më parë në Tiranë, e cila përfundoi me vrasjen tragjike të të riut Klodjan Rasha, i shprehim ngushëllimet më të sinqerta familjarëve, miqve, të afërmve dhe qytetarëve të lënduar nga ky akt.
Pas ngjarjes së ndodhur, krahas hetimeve të nisura nga organet e pavarura, për zbardhjen e plotë të rrethanave të ngjarjes, strukturat përgjegjëse në Policinë e Shtetit po analizojnë në mënyrë intensive të gjithë shkaqet, veprimet, mosveprimet apo faktorë të tjerë që çuan në incidentin fatal.
Policia e Shtetit garanton qytetarët se mbetet e përkushtuar dhe e angazhuar në detyrën e saj për rritjen e sigurisë publike, në mbrojtje të jetës dhe të drejtave të çdo qytetari.”
