The murder of 25-year-old Klodjan Rasha by a police officer has shocked the public opinion since yesterday, which was followed by a protest at the Ministry of Interior. Given the serious event, at the center of discussions on social networks and media is the fact whether the 25-year-old was killed by the police or the police, in other words, if we are dealing with a problem that goes beyond personal crime.
