1. Always wash your face before going to bed.
2. Never forget moisturizer.
3. Wash / change the mask often. Cotton is the best material.
4. Rinse face thoroughly to remove all detergent.
5. Be gentle with the skin: For example, do not rub the scrub too hard on the face.
6. Make a small lather on your hands with the cleanser, before applying it on the face: This activates the anti-acne ingredient.
7. Remember to clean the phone as well.
8. Do not touch your face often.
9. Exfoliate your face regularly.
10. Never wash your face too much: Twice, enough.
11. Before applying a scrub, you should have your face washed and cleansed well.
12. Change the pillowcases you sleep on often.
13. Beware of baldness: Grease, hair spray, etc., can be causing acne on your forehead.
14. Try the 3-step solution: If you have acne, dermatologists recommend fighting it with a three-step regimen: a salicylic acid cleanser, an acne treatment with benzoyl peroxide, and a daily moisturizer.
15. Check your routine: Too many products does not mean you are doing something good!
16. IMPORTANT: DO NOT HOLD ACNE WITH MY HANDS!
17. Wash makeup brushes often.
18. If you start a treatment or routine, show consistency.
19. Sleep well!
