During today, you have probably heard / read somewhere on portals or social networks that "after a decision, the government will legally ban memes as well."
Such news circulated rapidly, until Prime Minister Rama denied any rumors about the banning of memes or the "prison sentence" for anyone who deals with them.
"Some analysts have revolted that memes will be punished with the Criminal Code, starting from I do not know what unofficial material! But how can memes be banned by law, can these oracles of the nation tell us? There is no chance, where "Let us find that they also deal with memes that are worth something!" - Rama writes, rejecting such a claim.
"1. The publication in any form, manner or means of a montage made with the words or image of a person without his consent, whether it is carried out for the purpose of material or immaterial gain, or when it is intended to damage the reputation of a person, when the material does not appear to be a montage or, unless expressly stated, is a criminal offense and punishable by up to 1 year in prison.
2. The criminal prosecution begins with the appeal of the victim or her legal representative and ends with her withdrawal. "
