1. Do not be afraid of rejection: If you are looking for a job, every day, contact different people even if you are sure that you will not get a response back. You have nothing to lose but potentially much to gain.
2. Write a paragraph: If you are planning to write a book, you have a business plan in mind, you are going to start a blog or any project, try to write at least one paragraph for your goals.
3. Check your bank account: Try to check your bank account every day. This may sound like an unnecessary move and it actually is. However it is important because it makes you more aware of exactly how much you have and where you are going.
4. Be more responsible: If someone calls or writes to you, answer when you have time. If you are busy, do not get distracted. This will make you not lag behind with the projects.
5. Do not react immediately: Learning to control yourself before reacting is one of the best ways to change negative thoughts.
6. Take care of yourself: You are not a machine, so your body needs fuel. Eat when you are hungry. Sleep when you feel tired.
7. Read more: If you are not a book lover, there is no problem. But there is no excuse to stop learning, growing professionally and developing yourself. Follow people on social media who post interesting articles. Read the morning news. Listen to an audio book.
8. Practice saying "no": Your energy is limited every day. Make sure it goes where it really's worth it.
9. Use what you have: Do not run without thinking twice about new things (clothes, accessories, items, accessories, etc.).
10. Ask yourself every day, "How can I change my life?"
