According to Harvard University: 4 signs that bad sleep is ruining your career

Who is sleeping for seven happy couples nowadays? Very few people. In other words, a bad or insufficient sleep not only negatively affects health problems, but also career. Referring to an article in the Harvard Business Review - a magazine published by Harvard Business Publishing owned by Harvard University, which is published six times a year - these are the main signs that the quality of sleep is probably ruining your career.

1 - Feel less and less productive: Lack of productivity is one of the side effects of sleep, according to a Sleep Medicine Review study. Insomnia can make you have mood problems.

2 - You are not as creative as before: If you notice that you have no new ideas lately, bad sleep may be the culprit. Sleep boosts glucose, the molecule that nourishes the brain and clears beta-amyloid, a protein that builds up in the brain and negatively affects creativity and inspiration.

3 - Forget: If you notice that you forget details, do not orient yourself well and have difficulty remembering certain information, sleep may be the reason.

4 - Show problems in work relationships: Poor quality sleep can affect your leadership position at work turning you into a real challenge. Studies show that leaders who do not get enough sleep are less charismatic in the workplace. Likewise, these executives have fewer ideas and more abusive behaviors.

So if you sleep a little, even if you are doing this for something productive and important, chances are you will face the side effects of insomnia in the long run. So, one of the ways to have a productive career is quality sleep.
