The 33-year-old singer has previously spoken about her mental health problems and panic attacks as she tried to record her third album, Delirium.
Goulding, who recently released her fourth album, Brighest Blue, told Standard:
"I have a feeling of peace in myself, but I do not wake up every morning with confidence. We are going through all these battles. I realized that it is not worth it to constantly try to eradicate it (lack of self-confidence). I have learned to use it and leave it as part of who I am. ”
She added:
"I just started to accept that every day is different and my mood is different every day."
She said fitness, especially boxing have helped her overcome her problems. Now, he is in a state of peace and thinks that he has managed to cope with the anxiety successfully.
The singer married art dealer Caspar Joplin, 28, in York Minster, nearly a year ago. She says the marriage has given her the opportunity to reflect on her past relationships.
