By taking a few simple positions that you can still do without getting out of bed, you will gain the energy you need to cope throughout the day.
- "Butterfly" picture
This position is very good for calming the body, for meditation and for a better balance. Breathe in for a few minutes and release it again as you make this movement.
- Plank
Plank is one of the most effective movements for the back, spine and abdominals.
Stand for 20 seconds. Rest for 30 seconds. Repeat 3 times.
- Pose of "Happy Baby"
This pose helps strengthen the legs and back and is very fun!
Stay like this for 5 to 10 breaths.
- Half-bridge
If you want to stretch your whole body, stay like this for 30 seconds-1 minute. Repeat several times if desired, with a little pause between them.
- Legs up
Make sure the rest of the body is straight and only the legs up, creating a right angle. To make the position a little more effective, you can try lowering each leg slowly while holding the other up.
- Pulling the neck and shoulders
It is important to do this movement every morning, as a good portion of us can stay sedentary for a long time or in front of a computer.
- Breathe through your nose
This very simple exercise will help you to be calmer during the day.
