You probably never thought of cooking pasta like potatoes, but the day came for this new recipe as well. An interesting recipe has recently been published on the website La Cucina Italiana.
The fried pasta recipe comes in two variants, sweet or salty. As for the type of pasta, you can choose lasagna or scialatielli.
Ingredients:
- 340 grams of fresh scialatielli
- 340 grams of lasagna
- peanut oil
- powdered sugar / salt
For the sweet recipe: Crush the lasagna sheets and fry in hot oil for about 1 minute. Wait until they swell a little and then place on a kitchen napkin and add powdered sugar on top. Serve with a little chocolate.
For the salty recipe: Add scialatielli to hot oil for 2-3 minutes and then place on a kitchen napkin. On top, add salt and accompany with ketchup or other sauces.
