If you are not close to the sea, high temperatures are a nightmare. The skin looks like it boils, with hair you can do nothing but hold it as high as you can and you are all the time looking for something fresh.
Foods, then, are a problem in themselves. It seems like you can not consume anything because ... the heat.
But if you did not know some foods should be consumed exactly at this time of year, to cope much better with hot days.
