Some of the most common problems caused by the pandemic situation:
-mental health concerns;
-changes in sleep schedule;
-difficulty sleeping to concentrate;
-additional use of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs.
What to do:
Take a break from the news
Set time periods each day during which you should log out of social networks or not watch TV. Give yourself some time and space to think and focus on other things.
Take care of your body
Take a deep breath, lie down and meditate. Try to eat regular meals, keep a balanced diet and do a little physical activity every day. Give yourself time to sleep. Avoid alcohol and drugs.
Find time for fun
Try to engage in hobbies that you enjoy. They should give you pleasure, fun and creativity.
Talk to others
There is a difference between loneliness and social distance. The fact that you are isolated does not mean that you are not in contact with family, friends and colleagues.
Set goals and priorities
Decide what to do today and what to expect from it. Priorities need to be set in order to reflect changes in schedules and have a new routine.
Focus on the facts
Don't be alarmed. This will cause you stress and anxiety. Not everything you read in the media is true. Be suspicious and don?t believe everything you read up and down. Focus on the facts.
