?I am a nurse and am facing this medical emergency. I'm afraid too, afraid to go shopping, afraid to go to work. I'm afraid because the mask might not fit my face, or maybe it touches my face unintentionally with soiled gloves, because my glasses may not cover my eyes well and I might get infected. I am physically tired because the protective equipment causes pain, makes me sweat, and after wearing them, I cannot go to the bathroom or drink water for six hours. I'm psychologically tired like all the other colleagues we've been in for weeks, but that won't stop us from doing our job as we always did. I will continue to take care of my patients because I love my job. "
It further adds:
"What I ask anyone who is reading this post is to not make it difficult for us to stay home because we protect those who have more problematic health. We young people are not immune to coronavirus, we can we get sick, or worst of all, we get sick. I don't have the luxury of going home, but I have to do my part. Please do yours, too. "
