Let me find some excuse next time. Are you looking forward to buying new skirts that you won't be wearing anymore? Or did this week go away as you went too busy? Anyway. Beyond that, going to the gym is accompanied by a few other nightmares that we have all felt at least once.
What are we talking about? For all the vain "embarrassments" that come to mind as soon as we start exercising. Remember that happens to everyone, but that does not mean trying not to eliminate them.
1. "Do I look bad when doing this exercise ?!"
You did that exercise every single time you did it in front of the mirror and you saw it look great, but things change when you get into the gym. You think you look bad and everyone else has left their exercises and is judging you.
First of all, it doesn't make a stupid figure and wipe your mind. You're in the gym to improve your body and enliven your mind, so focus on it.
2. "These others are stronger / better than me"
It happens to us all to think that. Guess that's true, too ?! What does this physical force indicate? However, if it makes you feel better, remember that you do not know how long it takes to lift heavier weights than you do.
3. "I don't know how to use this device"
I don't know either. The others did not know either. In such cases, remember that the toolkit has a guide that tells you how to use it and what body part it serves. Otherwise make a voice for the instructor. After all, if you didn't need help, you wouldn't be there at all.
4. "I have no elastic at all"
Remember that everyone's bodies are built differently. Remember that those you see there may have been practicing for years and that maybe after 1 year you will look like them. There's nothing to think about long.
5. "Only they see me"
No, nobody sees you. It looks to you because you are not focused on your purpose. It's just you and the equipment so focus and ignore unnecessary signals.
