Marsela Chibukaj made the decision to change her diet, unexpectedly, during a trip with friends in Egypt, where she found it difficult to follow in the footsteps of others.
In an interview with Living with Jacqueline Lectare, Marsela said: "I have become a dietitian and people ask me more about how weak I am than what the song is about."
To improve her health, Marsela opted for physical activity and a regular diet. She never eats dinner after 7pm, consumes fruits, vegetables and protein and also avoids sweets, alcohol and soft drinks.
If she previously abused food in the wee hours of the night, today Marsela consumes nuts, raisins, carrots, cucumbers and more.
?It is important for a person to do what he feels, when he feels it, and above all to do it for one reason alone: health. It happens that the body gives us signals, and we have to love ourselves and go beyond the appreciation of beauty which is not merit but gift. We have to accept ourselves, but we also have to take care of our health. ?
