Alfio and Fatma started the day together for two reasons. First, the moderator celebrates the 25th anniversary. Second, because they decided to reveal the baby's gender through an overly Instagram-friendly video.
Above an engine - one of Alfio's passions - the couple put on a powder paint ball and Alfio gasped. They learned it, we learned it too: boy.

Fatma and Alfio announced their love affair a year ago and have been together for more than three years. In an interview , Alfio said they would marry in 2020. Before or after the baby, it is unknown.
