First you need to know:
- invest in a sunscreen where the minimum protective factor (SPF) should be 30;
- apply the cream 20-30 minutes before exposure to the sun;
- apply protective cream every 2 hours;
- avoid staying in the sun in hot hours;
- Cover with scarves, hats and glasses.
