NASA astronauts, Anne McClain and Christina Koch were ready to make history this Friday, as the first women's (All-Female) team to space, (International Space Station).
The plan for the big event was canceled because both needed another suit, while only one suit was ready to use at that moment.
So, instead of astronaut Anne McClain, NASA decided to send her colleague Nick Hague. Although all this time McClain had tested her costume, she later realized that the medium was better.
Something like this has irritated people with NASA, and many have ironized the story, saying, "A woman did not go to space that she did not have anything to wear."
In fact, NASA decided that her appearance in space would take place next time, on April 8th, where Anne would accompany her colleague.
After the reactions, NASA was forced to clarify that it would take a lot of time and cost to make another astronaut outfit, so the best and most secure choice was this shift.
Individual masses may change when they are in space due to what happens to the body during that time, so time is a very important factor.
